Access & Opportunity
We can increase access and opportunity in STEM to students of great promise from all backgrounds by providing scholarships to students with demonstrated financial need. Scholarship funding, along with enhanced student programming, help increase persistence, retention, and graduation rates and open the doors to opportunity for underserved STEM students.
Experiential Learning
We prepare our graduates for the workforce by integrating real-world, hands on experience into our curriculum. Through meaningful partnerships with local organizations, we aim to increase opportunities for undergraduate research, capstone projects, and industry internships, while exploring innovative ideas and driving economic development.
Academic Excellence
To offer students the highest-caliber academic experience possible, we will continue to recruit and support faculty who are committed to excellence in teaching and innovative research. Flexible funds will also enable us to sustain and develop programs that advance the School’s values of collaboration, opportunity, rigor, and engagement on behalf of students and the community we serve.
