Connecting to a UWB Printer

Connecting to a UWB networked printer

UW Bothell faculty and staff have access to a number of networked UWB printers across campus. Below you will find instructions on how to connect to these printers as well as how to save any print code necessary for printing.

  1. Navigate to the start menu (the box next to the Start icon at the bottom left of the screen)
  2. Type \\printers into the search box and hit enter
  3. A list of accessible printers on campus should be visible. Note that the printers are named by location, which makes the printer of choice a bit easier to find
  4. Double click each printer you wish to add

  6. After authentication is done successfully, the selected printer should be visible
