Service description

With advance notice, IT schedules, delivers and sets up portable equipment (wireless mice, microphones, etc) for classes, administrative events, and meetings in UW Bothell campus buildings. We also show clients how to use the equipment and provide quick-response real-time tech support by phone and in-person.


UW Bothell campus and the School of Business at Bellevue College:

  • All in-person or hybrid classes
  • All events and meetings

How to order

For classroom and meeting requests, please use the Classroom Service Request Form.

For event requests, please use the Event Service Request Form.


Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm


Classroom and events request for UW Bothell patrons and events during business hours will not be charged.

Non-UW Bothell patrons and events may incur a fee for delivery and use of equipment. Please submit a request form above for a current price quote.
