IT technology support hours
To best serve the campus community, UWB IT offers extended hours of support for phone, email, walk-ups, and equipment check-out during the first two weeks of each academic quarter. After the first two weeks, UWB IT will maintain the standard hours listed below.

Phone & email support
- Standard academic quarter support hours:
- Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 6:00 pm, Friday: 8am - 5pm
- Special extended hours for the first two weeks of Fall, Winter, and Spring academic quarter:
- Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Friday: 8am - 5pm
Walk-up support & equipment check-out *
- Standard academic quarter support hours:
- Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- Special extended hours for the first two weeks of Fall, Winter, and Spring academic quarter:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- First Monday of every interim we will be open the following hours* for equipment return only:
* If you or a student need equipment and cannot make it to the scheduled service hours above, contact the UWB-IT Helpdesk, and we will work with you on a solution.
Interim Break Service Hours

- Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Walk-up support & equipment check-out
If you need to return equipment or request an in-person appointment during the interim break, please call (425) 352-3456 or email uwbit@uw.edu to schedule an appointment.
- Equipment check-out is suspended during interim.
- First Monday of every interim we will be open from 12pm - 4pm for equipment returns only.
