Intubation Workshop - June 7 @ 3-5pm
Interested in learning how to intubate? Join us and learn the basics. On Wednesday, June 7 from 3:00-5:00pm in UW1-103, Major Shannon Harris, Healthcare Recruiter with the US Army will present the Intubation Workshop. Major Harris will also provide information on the Health Professions Scholarship Program, which includes:

On behalf of the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, we would like to invite you and your students to our upcoming virtual information sessions. We will have panelists of current students and staff to answer any questions you might have, while also telling you more about our MD program. Located in New Hampshire along the Vermont border, our MD program seeks to graduate the complete physician- one who excels in the basic sciences, delivers outstanding clinical care, discovers and shares new knowledge, and works to improve systems of healthcare delivery.

On behalf of the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, I would like to invite your students to attend our Virtual Information Session on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 4:00 PM EDT. We offer a 4 year, fully accredited MD program and are located in New York, approximately 30 miles outside of Manhattan.
This 60-minute webinar will include a presentation on our curriculum and admissions process by Rona Woldenberg, MD, Associate Dean for Admissions, Professor of Radiology. A student panel will also be joining us to answer all of their questions.

Camp participants will engage with hands-on learning from public health professionals, getting a first-hand look at the work the local health department does in partnership with their community. Participants will learn how Public Health Seattle & King County leads to dismantle racism and how data drives public health interventions in our communities. Empower: A Symposium on Underrepresented Voices in Medicine - Various dates
Empower: A Symposium on Underrepresented Voices in Medicine is geared towards pre-medical students who are historically underrepresented in medicine (e.g. Black, Hispanic/Latinx, American Indian, Alaskan and Hawaiian Natives), LGBTQ+, and/or first-generation low-income. The virtual conference is free to attendees and will be occurring virtually. The conference will feature panels and talks from current Harvard Medical School students, alumni, and affiliated physicians of similar identities. We aim to diversify the next generation of physicians and physician-scientists and enhance, equip, educate, and empower the future of medicine. As registration is limited, individuals interested in attending the conference must pre-register.
