Biotech, Health & Science Career Fair – IN-PERSON|REGISTER NOW! | January 30, 2025 | 10:00am – 12:00pm | Activities & Recreation Center (ARC)

This is a specialized event designed to connect employers and graduate school recruiters with highly motivated students who are passionate about pursuing careers in the fields of biotechnology, health, science, and mathematics. This event provides access to a diverse pool of students equipped with strong academic backgrounds. Employers are invited to recruit for full-time jobs, internships, and research positions, while graduate schools can share details about their programs, admissions requirements, and application processes.

Registration Fees:  
Registration – $300 (Corporate), $175 (Non-profit) until January 2, 2025

Spring Fairs 2025

2025 Spring Job & Internship Fair – IN-PERSON | April 15, 2025 | 10:30 am – 2:00 pm| Activities & Recreation Center (ARC) | Registration opens January 21st

This fair gives employers an opportunity to meet with our diverse student body IN-PERSON. The fair is targeted toward employers interested in hiring soon-to-be and recent graduates or interns. Students with a variety of academic majors will attend this fair. Employers are invited to recruit for full-time positions, internships, and research opportunities.

Registration Fees:  
Registration by March 14 : $400 Corporate / $175 Non-Profit
Late Registration – March 15 – 31 : $450 Corporate / $200 Non-Profit
Event Sponsorship: $700

2025 Summer & Part-Time Student Employment Fair – IN-PERSON | April 22, 2025 | 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm | Activities & Recreation Center (ARC) | Registration opens January 21st

This fair is specifically targeted toward employers who are hiring students looking for temporary employment while seeking their degree. Employers are invited to recruit for year-round part-time positions and summer jobs.

Registration Fees:  
Registration by March 21 : $200 Corporate / $100 Non-Profit
Late Registration – March 22 – April 06 : $250 Corporate / $125 Non-Profit
Event Sponsorship: $400

Refund Policy

We hope that an organization will not cancel, but in the event that an organization chooses to withdraw completely from the event, the following cancellation policy applies: (1) If cancellation occurs up to two weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund, (2) If cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior, you forfeit your full registration fee. All changes and cancellation requests must be in writing. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event. Outstanding bills from previous events must be paid to participate in future Career Services events.
