Registration is now open for all fairs. Choose a fair to find out how to complete your registration.
The fair is held during our Welcome Week and is targeted toward employers who are hiring students looking for temporary employment while seeking their degree. Employers are invited to recruit for part-time positions. REGISTER NOW!
Registration fees:
Registration – $200 (Corporate), $100 (Non-profit) Until August 28
Late Registration – $250 (Corporate), $125 (Non-profit) August 29 – September 11

This niche fair designed to connect firms, and organizations in any industry interested in recruiting accounting and finance students. The fair is targeted toward employers interested in hiring soon-to-be and recent graduates or interns. Employers are invited to showcase their organizations, share insights about their work culture, and discuss the skills and experiences they seek in new hires and interns. REGISTER NOW!

This fair gives employers an opportunity to meet with our diverse student body. The fair is targeted toward employers interested in hiring soon-to-be and recent graduates or interns. Students with a variety of academic majors will attend this fair. Employers are invited to recruit for full-time positions, internships, and research opportunities. REGISTER NOW!

A $100 discount is available for multiple fair registrations for the Fall Job & Internship Fair and Tech & Engineering Fair. Discounts may only be applied to for-profit organizations.
This fair is targeted toward employers interested in recruiting students for jobs and internships in the tech and engineering industries, as well as those in other industries specifically looking for students with technical skills or STEM majors. Employers who would like to hire soon-to-be and recent graduates or interns are invited to recruit for full-time positions, internships, and research opportunities. REGISTER NOW!

- 2025 Summer & Part-time Student Employment Fair – Tuesday, April 22 – 1:30 pm-3:30 pm -Registration opens January 21
Refund Policy
We hope that an organization will not cancel, but in the event that an organization chooses to withdraw completely from the event, the following cancellation policy applies: (1) If cancellation occurs up to two weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund, (2) If cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior, you forfeit your full registration fee. All changes and cancellation requests must be in writing. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event. Outstanding bills from previous events must be paid to participate in future Career Services events.
