No show policy for employers

Organizations that do not check in by the event start time on the day of the event will be considered a “no show.” Your spot may be reassigned and the organization will be billed for the event. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event or refund the fee.

Recruiting policy for employers

Recruitment organizations recruiting students at the University of Washington Bothell and through all on-campus recruiting channels must adhere to these principles outlined in the recruiting policy for employers.

Refund policy for employers

We hope that an organization will not cancel, but in the event that an organization chooses to withdraw completely from the event, the following cancellation policy applies: (1) If cancellation occurs up to two weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund, (2) If cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior, you forfeit your full registration fee. All changes and cancellation requests must be in writing. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event. Outstanding bills from previous events must be paid to participate in future Career Services events.

Once you have completed the registration form, our cancellation policy is in effect. Cancellation policies vary from event to event. You should review the policy for the specific event you registered for. This information may be found in your invoice notification email from Handshake or on our Website. Outstanding bills from this and previous events must be paid to participate in future UW Bothell Career Services events.
