- Faculty Demographics Dashboard Access
- Permissions/Access support
There are two levels of access required to view this dashboard- Data Security Role
- Access is granted by a department’s local Astra authorizer. The required role is “Faculty/Principal Investigator.”
- You can use the ASTRA application to determine whether or not you already have this role.
- If you don’t have the role, you will need to request access.
- Access to the dashboard
- This dashboard has an extra layer of permission via a UW group that is managed by the Office of Academic Personnel. To request access to view this dashboard, please email eoaa@uw.edu with “Access Request: Faculty Demographic Trends Dashboard” in the subject line.
- If you are not on campus, you will also need to connect to the UW network using Husky OnNet, or you will be unable to access the BI Portal. It can be hard to tell if you are on the VPN. You can go to the following site to test/confirm you are on the UW network.
