Strength & Yoga Fusion
Join Group Fitness for a Strength & Yoga Fusion class that combines traditional yoga poses with strength training exercises! This is free to both UW Bothell & Cascadia College students. This is hosted in the ARC Fitness Center Studio.

Sweat the Stress: Cardio Kickboxing
Join Group Fitness in a Cardio Kickboxing class to knockout the Finals Stress! Cardio Kickboxing includes kickboxing techniques and exercises to improve flexibility, core strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and coordination. All skill levels are welcome and no experience in kickboxing required. Title Boxing hand wraps will be given out to all participants!
This is free to both UW Bothell & Cascadia College students. This is hosted in the ARC Fitness Center Studio.

Mindful Mondays – hosted by UWB Counseling
ARC Group Fitness is collaborating with UWB Counseling Winter Quarter and will be hosting Mindful Mondays in the ARC Fitness Studio from 1:00-1:45pm every week!
This is open and free to both UW Bothell & Cascadia College students.

We are open for collaborations with student organizations and clubs! With the expertise of our Group Fitness Instructors, you have the chance to host a fun fitness event for your community.
Areas of fitness include Yoga, Mindfulness, Indoor Cycling, Strength, and Pilates. Our Fitness team is happy to work with specific needs or accommodations, just let us know!
Contact us today! Please email us 30 days in advance of when you would like to host the event to give the ARC Fitness team enough time to plan and prepare for the event. Collaboration opportunities will be scheduled for Spring Quarter 2025 and beyond.
