The Writing & Communication Center (WaCC) supports students of all abilities, at any stage of their reading, writing or presentation process. Want feedback on your paper, personal statement or project? We can help! Our goal is to help you become a stronger, more confident and more effective writer and communicator.

The WaCC is open, fully staffed and ready to support you for Autumn Quarter. You can learn more about our services and how to access them here. The WaCC resource page can help answer specific questions or guide you through learning a whole new thing. Appointments

There are several ways to make an appointment at the WaCC:

• The Navigate Student app
• The “Make a WaCC Appointment” survey

You can also just drop in our Zoom room any time we’re open!

Not a current UW Bothell student? Not a problem!

The Writing and Communication Center supports UW Bothell students, applicants, and alumni. UWB Students and alumni can make appointments through EAB Navigate. Folks applying to UW Bothell don’t have access to Navigate but can request an appointment by filling out this short form.

*Note: Unfortunately, we cannot support non-Bothell students including other UW campuses.

Winter Quarter hours

We’ll be fully staffed and ready to support you from Monday, January 6, 2025 through Friday, March 21. See below for our hours. View the UW Bothell Academic Calendar for all closures.

We are closed for the following holidays:
