Group Therapy Options
Build Your Social Confidence
Winter Quarter | Wednesdays 1:30-2:50pm
Facilitators: Teresa Hoffman, PsyD & Seth Carroll
This skills group is for students that experience fear, anxiety, and discomfort in social situations that contribute to isolation and feelings of loneliness and embarrassment. Using an emotionally safe environment, you will learn and practice new skills to reduce social anxiety and strategies to increase social engagement.
Depression and Anxiety Group
Winter Quarter | Thursdays 11:30am-1pm
Facilitators: Teresa Hoffman, PsyD
This skills group is for students of all identities who experience the impacts of depression or anxiety. Learn how to unhook from difficult thoughts and feelings so that you can move towards a full, rich, meaningful life with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness strategies.
Creative Expressions
Winter Quarter | Open until full | Fridays 12:30-1:50pm
Facilitators: Teresa Hoffman, PsyD & Ann Ellis, MS
Use expressive arts to explore and process feelings in an emotionally safe environment with peers. All identities and experiences welcome, no art experience necessary.

Give yourself the gift of mindfulness practice. Each week offers something new and mindfulness is highly effective for difficulties with thoughts, feelings, relationships, and identities. All identities and levels welcome!
