Group Therapy Options
Depression and Anxiety Group
Spring Quarter | Wednesdays 1:30pm-2:50pm
Facilitators: Teresa Hoffman, PsyD & Seth Carroll, MA
This skills group is for students of all identities who experience the impacts of depression or anxiety. Learn how to unhook from difficult thoughts and feelings so that you can move towards a full, rich, meaningful life with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness strategies.
Creative Expressions
Spring Quarter | Open until full | Fridays 12:30-1:50pm
Facilitators: Teresa Hoffman, PsyD & Ann Ellis, MS
Use expressive arts to explore and process feelings in an emotionally safe environment with peers. All identities and experiences welcome, no art experience necessary.

Join us for a 3-week workshop series to help address graduation anxieties. Come to any or all three and look for special giveaways!
- April 24 – More than a Student: Tackling Post-Grad Uncertainty
- Come learn helpful coping strategies to navigate changes that come with graduation.
- May 1 – More Than a Resume: Building a Life That Feels Right
- Spend time with us tapping into what is important to you and how to use that to guide your future.
- May 8 – More Than a Major: Life Skills & Lessons from College
- Identify what you have learned outside the classroom and how that will serve you as a professional.
Mindful Monday
Spring Quarter | Mondays 1:15pm – 1:45pm | ARC Fitness Studio

We are excited to announce our partnership with the ARC! Mindful Monday will be facilitated by the Counseling Center and hosted in the ARC. Go to myarc.uwb.edu to sign up. In-person registration is also available.
Give yourself the gift of mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a highly effective tool for difficulties with thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Each week will offer a different guided mindfulness exercise. All identities and levels welcome!
