Yolanda Padilla, micha cárdenas, and Janelle Silva to be recognized at Latinx Faculty Recognition Event

IAS faculty members Yolanda Padilla, micha cárdenas, and Janelle Silva have been selected by the UW Latino Center for Health to be recognized at the Latinx Faculty Recognition Event. The annual event honors the scholarly achievements of Latina and Latino faculty across the tri-campuses of the University of Washington. Criteria for recognition include: promotion to associate or full professor, acceptance or publication of an article in a high impact journal, publication of a book, securing a major grant or retiring during or near the end of the academic year.
