Technology Resources and Support

Equipment

For online learning and remote instruction, you will need an Internet connection and a desktop or laptop that is readily accessible.

You’ll also want access to a microphone, speaker and video camera for video-conferencing.

You may find a printer helpful if you want to print readings that are posted online.

Please note: UW IT has instituted specialized student support for online/remote learning which includes a request for technology like WiFi hotspots. Visit the IT Student Help for Online Learning.
