IAS faculty member Johanna Crane received a UW Royalty Research Fund Scholar Award to support her new research project, “Aging and Health Care in Prison: An Ethnographic Study.” She also gave an invited talk, “The Indirect Costs of Partnership: Administrative Labor & African Invisibility in Global Health Science,” at the Holtz Center for Science and Technology Studies at the University of Wisconsin Madison, along with two invited talks at the University of Oregon on “The Indirect Costs of Global Health” and “Who is Global Health For? Tenacious Assumptions in Global Health.”
