Student Leader Training
Student Engagement & Activities supports about 30 hired student leaders through extensive leadership and job training. This includes off-campus training to encourage leadership, team-building, and personal reflection, as well as on-campus training to help students learn specific job responsibilities.

Welcome Week
Welcome Week occurs in the beginning of autumn quarter. It is a week-long event filled with fun activities for new and former students to connect with other students and resources!
Typically held the first week of class in autumn Quarter in late September.
Open Mic Night
Student Media (UWave Radio, the Husky Herald student newspaper, Clamor Literary & Arts Journal) holds an amazing night of live singing, music, poetry, and comedy performances by students. Check out the amazing talent and creativity of the UWB student community at this event and learn more about different ways to get creative and involved through Student Media!
Typically held the first or second Friday of Autumn, Winter, and Spring quarters.
Activities & Resource Fair
Orientation & Transition Programs and Club Council organizes the Activity & Resource Fair, which is the perfect opportunity for clubs to promote themselves to all students. Spooktacular
Spooktacular is a family-friendly Halloween-themed carnival with a ton of fun games and prizes, a photo booth, costume contest, and face painting!

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service
Join UW Bothell and Cascadia College in honoring the legacy of Dr. King through volunteering in the community. This event is sponsored by Achieving Community Transformation (ACT), ASUWB, Cascadia Student Government, Cascadia College Student Life, UW Bothell Student Engagement & Activites, and UW Bothell Community-Based Learning & Research.
Typically held the Saturday prior to Martin Luther King, Jr.'s federal holiday in January.
Etiquette Dinner
The Etiquette Dinner is an opportunity for students to learn about proper dining etiquette while networking with professionals. A three-course meal will be served over discussion and a presentation by special guests. This event is sponsored by Career Services.
Typically held mid February.
Lunar New Year
Every year, UW Bothell and Cascadia College ring in the Lunar New Year through various events including performances, workshops, and arts & crafts activities.

Casino Night Dance
Casino Night is a glamorous event featuring games like blackjack, poker, craps, and roulette. Gamble to win fake money and even win prizes. CEB's winter quarter formal dance as well.

Alternative Spring Break
Alternative Spring Break (ASB) is a student-led initiative that gives students the opportunity to take part in educational service projects during their scheduled spring break. The ASB program encourages active citizenship by providing service opportunities addressing issues within the community. ASB is created in partnership between Achieving Community Transformation (ACT), the Office of Community-Based Learning and Research and the Activities & Recreation Center (ARC).
Typically held during Spring Break in mid-March.
Student Government Elections
Student government (ASUWB) is the official representative voice for all students within the university. Each Spring, most of student government leaders are elected by the entire student body. A few positions are elected the following autumn.
Typically held early November and early May.
Spring Fest
The biggest event of the year! Spring Fest includes an assortment of carnival games on the sports field, as well as arts, crafts, and even a petting zoo! Food and music are always part of the action too. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to relieve yourself of the accumulated stress from spring quarter.

Club Recognition Banquet
Over the course of the year, UW Bothell clubs and organizations serve the campus and broader community in myriad roles, both individually and as part of organizations. To recognize their many efforts and involvement, Club Council invites clubs and organizations on campus to nominate students and teams of students who have made positive contributions to the campus and its surrounding communities. Winners and nominees are recognized at this special banquet in the spring.
