Liliia applied to the UW Bothell Study Abroad Ambassador Scholarship and was financed with enough funds to have her dream come true, traveling to Japan and exploring its charming culture. During her spring break in 2023, Liliia Khomych reached out to Global Initiatives and took the opportunity to participate in a study abroad program Japan: ‘Glocal’ Studies – Ehime Prefecture in National and Global Contexts.
