The Office of the University Architect is the University's capital planning office.

The Capital Budget summarizes the University's major proposed capital needs for all three campuses.  

Thanks to generous support from private donors, our student body and the State of Washington, the UW Bothell campus is experiencing unprecedented growth.  Read below to learn more about our most recently completed projects.

UW Bothell/Cascadia College Innovation Hall

Innovation Hall is the name for the new (STEM4) academic building to be shared with Cascadia College. The new building represents the best of each institution, their respective missions, and is a true mark of confidence in the commitment to access and excellence. Read more about Innovation Hall.

UW Bothell Residential Village

UW Bothell is partnering with Capstone Development Partners to redevelop and transform Husky Village into a mixed-use development, incorporating new, prime housing opportunities for approximately 1,000 students in the form of two residence hall buildings and one apartment building. Read more about the UW Bothell Residential Village Project
