T-Mobile partners for $5,000 diversity grant

High school and college students in Washington could win a grant of up to $5,000 and mentoring from T-Mobile to complete a project aimed at solving a diversity issue. Students may apply by March 21 by posting a 3-to-5 minute video on the UW Bothell Facebook page. T-Mobile is partnering with the University of Washington Bothell’s Diversity and Inclusion Conference.

Students compete in analyst competition

A team of three University of Washington Bothell business students finished high in the annual competition organized by the Chartered Financial Analysts Society of Seattle. The competition with five other schools came down to three finalists. The University of Washington Bothell team finished second, continuing a tradition of strong showings.

UW Bothell School of Business is proud to kick off the new Responsible Business Distinguished Guest Lecture series this fall with its founder, Carol Sanford. The lectures are open to business persons and members of the community. The lectures are all based on research and practice of the revolution that is happening in business and how we can escalate our rate of leadership in the region and industry in general.
