Workers had a sunny day Friday to pave the new surface parking lot on campus behind Discovery Hall.
The $2 million dollar project will add about 145 parking spaces.
The superintendent for the contractor on the project, Jim Gaither of 3 Kings Environmental, says the parking lot should be ready to open “soon.” Striping and landscaping work need to be completed before the first cars roll in.
