A professional scuba diving instructor with 50+ logged dives worldwide, a backpacking enthusiast, and a life-long learner at heart, Zhe currently leads the investment efforts in Capital One Financial Corp managing a quarter of company’s performance marketing invesment. Zhe has served on multiple board of Web 3.0 ventures and been actively engaged in impact investing, including recently joined as a founding member of a NFT startup based in Finland. Zhe’s professional career ranged across Microsoft and McKinsey&Co, focusing on crypto strategy, equity trading, venture, corporate finance, artificial intelligence and research, with early career at management consulting and real estate investment. Zhe has an academic background in social psychology, finance, forensic accounting, and technology management, with published thesis on topics including Millennials’ work values and equity hedging strategies.
