Mentorship EDGE connects students with exceptional business leaders for one year of personalized mentorship. Request a mentor now to join the program or take a moment to get to know our experienced mentors below.
Students are registered on a first-come, first-served basis, so apply soon!
Priority application deadline: Monday November 11, 2024.
Student Expectations
In the Mentorship EDGE program, you will connect with a mentor and meet with them each quarter for a year. You may also occasionally be able communicate with your mentor via email (or other preferred methods) if you have questions between meetings.
In order to foster a more meaningful mentoring experience, strive to:
- Connect remotely or in-person with your mentor at least once per quarter for the coming year.
- Attend the annual summer quarter Mentorship EDGE networking event.
Steps before you first meet your mentor:
- Update your resume (for help, visit Career Services)
- Update your LinkedIn profile
- Write a brief elevator pitch about yourself and your goals
When engaging your mentor:
- Think of, and create, clear goals
- Prepare thoughtful questions in advance of meetings
- Proactively request assistance from your mentor
- Send a thank you note after meetings
