I am a passionate and enthusiastic HR professional who strives to support a company’s greatest asset: their human capital. While studying at UWB, I interned with Boeing within their HR Business Partner team which allowed for me to get access to a form of HR consulting with leadership. I enjoyed my internship and happily accepted a full-time offer to return to Boeing after graduation in 2019. Since then, I’ve held roles in talent acquisition, intern program management, executive recruiting, compensation, and most recently in diversity & inclusion.

While I’ve only been in the workforce a couple years, I vividly remember being a student and wondering what I wanted to do with my life and how to get my foot in the door at one of the big companies. With that in mind, I would love to give back to students who were in my shoes just a few short years ago!

Favorite books and learning resources
- I enjoy podcasts in order to learn about news and current events. Some of my favorites are The Daily and Today Explained.
- I also enjoy reading books on the experience of being of a woman of color in corporate America – I particularly enjoyed reading Minda Harts’ ‘The Memo’.
Fun facts
I really enjoy traveling and site seeing. One cool fact is that I’ve seen the pyramids of Giza in Egypt more than 10 times!
