HR Program Manager
Kristen Kerr is a HR Program Manager for Benefit Communications at Amazon. Previously she led internal communications at Microsoft in the engineering org. Prior to Amazon and Microsoft, Kristen worked on the ecommerce experience for customers at Dell. She has over 10 years’ experience in marketing and communications in tech. Her undergraduate degree is in marketing, and she has an MBA focused in marketing. She is passionate about corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, and the representation of women in business. Personally, she lives in Seattle with her beagle and loves surfing, skiing, snowshoeing, and mountaineering.
