Ngoc Phan is VP of Supply Chain Engineering and Systems at Nordstrom. Ngoc and her team of talented industrial engineers, project and program managers, and systems professionals provide end to end process, technology, and equipment solutions to move product more efficiently through the Supply Chain network. Her team is responsible for the Center of Excellence for highly cross-functional projects and programs, supply chain network designs from concept to implementation, and overall systems support. She is responsible for enabling and ensuring end to end solutions deliver business and customer value, and the supply chain systems are reliable and predictable.

Ngoc has over 20 years of retail fulfillment and distribution experience at Woodward & Lothrop, Hecht’s, REI and Nordstrom. She has been responsible for expanding, retrofitting and building new facilities, and implementing new Supply Chain technology and business capabilities. Ngoc has served as VP of Supply Chain Engineering and Systems since September, 2016. Prior to that, she was Nordstrom’s Senior Director of Merchandise Business Solutions.

Ngoc and her family immigrated to the US in 1975 and she now resides in Seattle with her husband and son. She served as a Board trustee at Giddens School, which is part of the PNWAIS (Pacific Northwest Association of Independent Schools).

Ngoc graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
