Provides UWB students free, 24/7 hour access to evidence based interventions for stress, anxiety, depression and phobias from the convenience of the students’ smart phone, tablet, or computer.

There are three main components to WellTrack:

  • Take the Wellness Assessment and measure your levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Begin a course tailored for you to address your needs and engage with WellTrack over the next few weeks. Separate on-line courses are offered for stress/anxiety, depression, and phobias (including public speaking). Throughout your journey in the WellTrack course, learn the tools that you need to take control of your mood, and get on the right track to feeling better.
  • Get introduced to MoodCheck, your daily mood tracker, and monitor how your activities throughout the day impact how you feel. MoodCheck sends two reminders per day via text or email for students to rate their mood in the moment, what they are doing, who they are with, and where they are.  The data is used to provide summary information on what activities increase and decrease student’s mood.
  • Counselor assisted WellTrack.  Students can work through these on-line modules on their own or they can complete WellTrack with the assistance of a UWB counselor. The student will give permission to the UWB counselor to review data and see their progress on their on-line courses as they integrate the on-line learning into their individual or group counseling.

Mental Health Topics for College Students

Many were created specifically for college students with the goal of de-stigmatizing mental health issues and encourage students to seek answers, support, and build their connection to a larger community. Students, staff, faculty, and parents who want additional support are encouraged to contact UWB Counseling Center directly.

An anonymous, confidential resource center where college students can take free on-line self-assessments that screens for thirteen of the most common mental health conditions that college students face. Learn the facts about alcohol and drugs, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality, cutting, depression, eating disorders, emotional health, schizophrenia, stress, and suicidal behavior. Learn how to help a friend or get help for yourself.
