Equitable Rights
If the respondent is alleged to have engaged in any of the following prohibited conduct, the complainant will be provided with equitable rights as a “party” in the conduct proceeding:
- Discriminatory harassment
- Indecent exposure
- Intimate partner violence
- Retaliation
- Sexual assault
- Sexual exploitation
- Sexual harassment
