Here is a list of the top web sites geared to help recent graduates in the career search process. All sites include information on networking, interview skills, resumes help, and much more!

UW Bothell Career Services, located in UW1-160, has a wonderful web site dedicated to making the transition from school to work easier. The site includes information on seminars, tips on attending career fairs, and more!

If you are enrolled in a STEM Graduate program, schedule an appointment with our STEM Graduate Career Counselor to discuss technical resume reviews, developing a job & internship search strategy, career transition & exploration, salary negotiation, professional portfolio review, or alumni advising.

UW Seattle Career and Internship Center is available to students from all University of Washington campuses, it is a great place to sign up for mock interviews, resume writing and job skills seminars, and includes a long list of job openings sorted by region and industry.

Handshake is a free resource for UW students and alumni to search and find internships, part-time and full-time jobs, volunteer opportunities and more. By logging into Handshake, you have access to thousands of opportunities that you can directly apply to using your uploaded resume, cover letter and unofficial transcripts. You’ll also find up-to-date information about employers interviewing on campus and more.

Graduate Schools

UW Graduate School has information on all the UW's graduate programs.

US News rankings for Graduate Schools across the country. Includes rankings broken down by specialty fields, contact info for all ranked schools, and helpful articles about how to get the most out of your Graduate School experience.

The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is a link to the Eductional Testing Service web site where students can register for the GRE's, download preparation material and request additional score reports.
