To protect the safety of students, faculty and staff, the UW Bothell will offer primarily remote instruction for autumn quarter. Only those classes that cannot be taught remotely will be held in person, with all appropriate safety measures and physical distancing in place.

  • Following the best current guidelines for protecting the health of our employees, students, and the public, we are providing all of our services remotely.

  • Extraordinary Circumstances quarters (Spring 2020, Summer 2020, Autumn 2020, Winter 2021, and Spring 2021)

    • ​Students may use the Late Grading Option Change form after the faculty grading deadline each quarter to request to change their grading from numeric to S/NS or S/NS to numeric grading. 

  • The UW Bothell's Office of the Registrar will be open remotely Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. 

  • Our staff will be available by phone during normal service hours: 8:30-10:00am and 1:30-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, 425.352.5240.

  • Current undergraduate students can schedule a phone appointment during our office hours by clicking on our 'Schedule An Appointment' button found on the upper right hand corner of this page.

  • You will need your NetID to schedule an appointment during our office hours. You will select 'Phones' or 'Video Conference' as the location of your appointment.

  • If you are not able to schedule an appointment during our office hours you can still call our office during our regular phone hours.

  • If you need to submit documents to our office please email your documents in one single PDF or mail them to our physical address. We will be checking email regularly and picking up mail daily.
