I am an experimental condensed matter physicist interested in understanding the physical properties, specifically in the context of phenomena observed in materials for renewable energy applications. The applications I am interested in include hydrogen storage in metals, thermoelectric materials, and materials for photovoltaic applications. Depending on the system being studied, the measurement techniques employed may include gas absorption at high pressures, electrical measurements in the presence of a thermal gradient, electrical measurements in the presence of broad spectrum lights or measurements at cryogenic temperatures.
