COVID-19 policies & considerations for events

Please note, this just highlights a few of the policies, please familiarize yourself with all of the resources.

Food considerations

Many events involving food require a Food Form. Please review the most updated eating guidelines on the COVID-19 resource page.

If you will have outside vendors/contractors involved in your event you must be familiar with the specific COVID-19 Information pertaining to vendors/contractors working on site.

Attendance & contact tracing

If you submit your event in Trumba, we highly encourage you to keep attendance in case we would want to activate a contract tracing process. We can offer you a more streamlined, electronic, and contact free contract tracing option by utilizing the "attendance" feature in Presence. For more information about this, please contact Carla Christensen in Student Engagement & Activities at However, minimally for the attendance, please keep track of the name and student institutional email address.
