A total of 5,995 students have enrolled at UW Bothell for the 2017-18 academic year. Of about 1,600 incoming first-year students and transfers, nearly half would be the first in their families to earn a four-year degree.

Veteran alumnus on State Department fellowship

Thanks to a timely notice from UW Bothell, Ryan Dzakovic won a Veterans Innovation Partnership fellowship for a year-long position with the State Department’s Office of Global Partnerships in Washington, D.C. Dzakovic (master’s cultural studies ’15) is an Army reservist who served in Iraq and Uganda.
