Sergio Barrera of Everett took a deep breath and relaxed when the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the president from ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. Barrera qualified for DACA in 2012, and it opened doors to community college, a degree at UW Bothell and a job, the Everett Herald reports.
