The Native American paintings, prints, masks and carvings displayed throughout the University of Washington Bothell / Cascadia College Campus Library are part of an interactive collection. Almost every display has a digital link so visitors can see more about materials used in the artworks and tribal affiliations.

Professional Pathways Panels are events where students can hear and speak with working professionals from a variety of fields. They are opportunities to network, explore majors and identify opportunities for internships.

A student whose parents did not attend college, Yasmin Guzman is proud to have been admitted to UW Bothell and honored to receive the Husky Promise financial aid. Plus, says the health studies major, “it’s a UW degree.”

Bothell Police Officer Bobby Buendia is the new campus resource officer for the University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College. Buendia works with both the city police department and campus safety office to promote a safe and secure learning environment.

About 20 women students from the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics took part in the latest Women in Engineering Trek. Visiting locally based companies helped students see there are career opportunities with engineering and computing companies that want to employ more women.
