Master of Nursing Tuition & Fees 

  • The full-time schedule is 8-9 credits per quarter (7 quarters).
  • The part-time schedule is 4-5 credits per quarter (12 quarters). 

The following tuition is for incoming students and is also available on the graduate tuition dashboard.  Tuition will stay the same during the student first two academic years in the program. Eligible student can apply the UW tuition exemption to one course; BNURS 520.

In addition, students are responsible for the following program fees: Health & Safety (Compliance): Initial background check, $53.00, annual background, $16.00, immunizations/professional documentation, $63.00. Clinical Placement Northwest, $75.00  (only if required by partner). BNURS 590 course fee of $75.00 (fee covers compliancy officer on staff for health and safety monitoring).


To be classified or reclassified as a resident, for tuition and fee purposes, a student must establish a bona fide domicile in the state of Washington primarily for purposes other than educational for the period of one year immediately prior to classification as a resident. UW Guide - Understanding Washington State Residency
