Tuition & Fees - Update on Spring Quarter Tuition Payments
Effective March 18, 2020, UW Bothell campus buildings are restricted to faculty and staff access only. As a result, the drop boxes located in UW1 and Husky Hall are not available.
The fastest way to pay tuition is online using the free web check option. Payments post to student accounts immediately with a confirmation receipt. If web check payment is not working, please check that the routing and checking account numbers are correct. If you are still having problems, please contact Student Fiscal Services at 206-543-4694 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
To make FREE ONLINE TUITION PAYMENTS: all you need is your UW Student ID number, your bank's routing number and your bank account number. Log into MyUW, click on your "Tuition Charge Statement" and select the "Web Check" option to make your payment.

Accepted transaction types - in person assistance not available at this time
The Cashiers Office accepts cash (under $500) and checks for all transaction types when payments are made in person. MasterCard, American Express, Discover, VISA, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted for payments not associated with student account charges like tuition, transcripts or student loans.

Payments should be sent directly to UW Seattle at the above mailing addresses. Any payments sent directly to the UW Bothell Cashier’s Office will experience delays in processing and confirmation.

Non family related business account checks
*Non family related business account checks for tuition payments must be processed as scholarship checks for tax-reporting purposes. They are mailed to the scholarship post office box for depositing. Please allow for extra processing time if using a business check. (This does not apply for transcript payments.)
Please Note: UW Bothell does not accept foreign deposits (checks from non US Banks) even when they are drawn in US Dollars (USD). Foreign checks, money orders, cashier's checks, drafts or currency presented for deposit that were not issued by a bank in the United States, including Canada, are considered a foreign item. Students are encouraged to use the International Wire Transfer for making their tuition payments.

No cash payments over $500
Important Update beginning Autumn 2018: In an effort to promote student safety and in alignment with UW Seattle policy, UW Bothell Cashier's Office will no longer accept cash payments greater than $500.00. Make your payment online by web check (no service fee) or credit/debit card (service fee applies) for payments over $500. Personal checks and cashiers/bank checks will still be accepted at the Cashier's Office (when in-person services are available).

Parking Permits & U-PASS
Information regarding Parking Permits and U-PASS can be found on the Transportation web site.
The Cashiers Office accepts cash under $500, checks, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, VISA, Apple Pay and Google Pay for all parking and citation transaction when payments are made in person.
Only cash and checks can be accepted for in person payment of a student UPASS. Credit cards (fee applies) or web check (free) options are available online through student accounts.
All payment types are accepted for the employee UPASS.
Citations cannot be paid in person at this time.
Please pay or appeal ticket(s) online on the Bothell Campus Parking Portal. Citations can be found by either the license plate number of the car cited or by the citation notice number.
An account is not needed to pay a citation online, however it is needed to appeal a citation, except for visitors. Visitors do not need to create an account to make payment towards a citation. If you already have an account, please log in prior to making a payment.
If payments are sent to the UW Bothell Cashier’s Office they will experience delays in processing.
Non-payment of parking citations
Non-payment of parking citations may result in referral of the debt to an external collection agency, at which time additional fees will be added.

A completed “Departmental Deposit Slip” form is required for all funds being submitted by UW Bothell departments and schools to the Cashier’s Office for processing.

Event & Movie Tickets
Not available while the office is operating virtually.
On occasion, various event tickets are sold through the Cashier’s Office, such as sports games, theatre shows, or recreational outings. These are generally tickets being offered by a department or service on campus like the Campus Events Board. The Cashier's Office staff have no advance information on upcoming ticket sales.
Please note: Husky sports game tickets, unless a select game is being offered by UW Bothell, are sold through the Husky Ticket office at gohuskies.com
Student Affairs offers AMC Movie Tickets through the Cashier's Office for $9.00 each. Additional information on AMC Tickets
