The CSS Division offers a variety of introductory computing courses for pre-majors, as well as courses for students pursuing non-CSS majors. Please see the following flowcharts to help you choose the right first computing course for you:
- For students intending to major in CSS: Computer Science and Software Engineering (CSSE), Applied Computing (AC), Computer Engineering (CompE), or Interactive Media Design (IMD).
- For students who are interested in computer science classes but who do not intend to major in CSS.
