A new report that shows wildfire smoke is making air pollution worse in the Northwest is the most recent eye-catching research by UW Bothell Atmospheric Sciences Professor Dan Jaffe and his students.

Six promising UW Bothell math majors were selected for a National Research Experience for Undergraduates Program this summer. The Mathematical Association of America expects that immersing themselves in a research experience will strengthen their skills and encourage them to consider graduate school.
