Emily on mentorship

During my time at UW Bothell, I was the Founding President of the Upsilon Psi Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, Professional Business Fraternity and I remember how influential it was to have professionals volunteering their time. As an alumni, I'm excited for the opportunity to give back and continue to help students in their Career journey. In my profession, I have first-hand experience with reviewing resumes, interviewing and career development. Additionally, I regularly coach leaders on how to have even more impact through leadership. As a mentor, I am looking forward to advising students of any of these topics and/or about Human Resources in general.
