Scheduling for prospective students

The CSS Advising team primarily works with students who have been admitted to one of either the AC (Applied Computing) major or CSSE (Computer Science and Software Engineering) major. If you have not yet been admitted to a CSS major, please follow the instructions below.

You can also visit our admissions page for more information on prerequisites and how to apply, or contact the CSS advising team at cssadv@uw.edu if you have other questions.

UW Bothell pre-major students

Pre-major students can contact an FYPP (First Year and Pre-Major Program) advisor for help planning their coursework and getting ready to apply.

High school and transfer students

Students from high schools or other institutions (including UW Seattle or UW Tacoma) can contact a transfer advisor for help with planning their coursework and getting ready to apply.

Students in other UW Bothell majors

Students who have already been admitted to another major at UW Bothell that want to apply can contact the School of STEM advising office at stemadv@uw.edu for help scheduling an appointment.
